12 days Baltic Sea with Costa Pacifica
Reise OK, hatten jedoch am 2. Tag ein Problem mit der Toilettenspülung: Der Wasserzufluss war nicht dicht, so dass Wasser auf den Boden übergelaufen ist. Mängelbehebung war langwierig und musste dreimal wiederholt werden. Costa hat sich lediglich erkundigt, ob wieder alles OK ist. Wiedergutmachung für Unanehmlichkeit > Fehlanzeige. Schließlich haben wir durch unsere Aufmerksamkeit die Redederei vor einem Wasserschaden durch unkontrolliert auslaufendes Wasser bewahrt.

Check-in dauerte zu lange. Bei Ankunft um 13:15 Uhr erst Zulassung zum Check-in um 15 Uhr! Nummern-Vergabe im Shuttle-Bus nicht nachvollziehbar, da bei früher Ankunft Nr. 21, Ankommende 2 Stunden stpäter mit einstelligen Nummern!
