Description

Checkin eine absolute Katastrophe in Kiel. 2 Stunden in derSchlange gestanden bei gefühlten 40 Grad, keine Getränke nix. Check-in Personal absolut überfordert und unqualifiziert. Passabholung in Southampton genauso so eine Katastrophe, Passagiere haben sich teilweise geschubt, geprügelt wegen Schlangestehen, da leider die Deutschen sich von Ihrer besten Seite zeigen mussten beim vordrängeln, leider hat es dasCunard Personal nicht interessiert das es riesenstreit gibt.
