op deze cruise zaten veel latijns-amerikaanse passagiers. Nooit en nergens was het stil in de openbare (dek, restaurants, bars, ...) zones. Ik krijg de indruk dat het niveau van deze cruises zwaar achteruit gaat: misschien ligt het eraan dat gemikt wordt op groot publiek. Het streven naar een zeker kwaliteitsniveau is niet (meer) aanwezig.

taalkennis van veel personeel is gedaald. Zelfs bij de officieren is de kennis van het engels soms slecht. Idem zelfs bij de receptie
