Prijs kwaliteit zeker oké. Boot was van 2009 maar zeer goed onderhouden. Costa geeft waar voor je geld maar indien je graag meer service hebt zou ik met een hoger gewaardeerde maatschappij reizen.

Garantiehut (binnenhut)geboekt. Geen upgrade gekregen.Werden in een hut voor rolstoelgebruikers gezet. De bedden werden zo tegen elkaar geplaatst dat je er bijna niet langs kon. Tegenvaller.

Buffet was oké.Genoeg keuze. Dinner in restaurant was zeer goed.Hadden al cruises met Costa gemaakt waarbij de kwaliteit van het diner veel lager lag. Geen ijsjes meer als dessert.Alleen nog maar te koop in koffiebar. Geen ijsjes meer als dessert.Alleen te koop in koffiebar.

Shows matig.Danseres zeer goed,zangers niet geweldig. The voice of the see zeer geslaagd. Animatieteam teveel bezig met "eigen vermaak". Disco zoals op de meeste cruiseboten leeg!

Als er iets niet in orde is gewoon even langs de receptie om te kijken of ze er wat aan kunnen doen. Kledij meenemen voor gala/italian night en white night.
