8 days Western Mediterranean with Norwegian Epic
Prachtige shows, maar daarmee is alles gezegd ivm waw gevoel voor een cruise. Zeer druk, veel lawaai. Mensen leggen s ochtends hun handdoeken op de zetels bij het zwembad en er is geen controle of die zetels ook daadwerkelijk gebruikt worden. Slechte locatie voor receptie, veel te rumoerige omgeving om een gesprek te voeren. Weinig variatie in aanbod qua voeding. In buffetrestaurant elke dag voor 80 % zelfde aanbod. Kajuit was zeer klein voor 3 personen. 3 dagen problemen gehad met VISA kaart. Werkte niet en ik kreeg pas na 3 bezoeken aan de receptie een degelijke uitleg, zodat het euvel direct kon verholpen worden. Niet leuk als je 3 dagen van de 8 vakantiedagen problemen hebt met de betalingen. Ook bij het verlaten van het schip werd ik uit de rij gehaald omdat ik nog een openstaande rekening zou hebben. Bij controle bleek dat niet het geval, weerom excuses. Maar wat ben je daarmee? Neen, voor mij geen Norwegian meer!
