12 days Southern Caribbean with Koningsdam
Sehr enttäuscht von Holland America Keine live Musik an Deck oder Pool.. Keine karibische Musik Eine rockband an Bord... unfassbar.. Zwei Shows im Theater auf einer 10 Tage Kreuzfahrt enttäuschend..!! Ich habe auf eine Kreuzfahrt noch nie erlebt das so wenig getrunken wird.. Getränke Preise total überzogen.. Gläser werden immer kleiner voll mit Eis..!! Bei Bestellungen von günstigeren Sekt Prosecco würde mir mitgeteilt das diese aus wäre. Es wurde versucht teuere Flaschen zu verkaufen..!! Es wird überall gespart das merkt man deutlich... Warte Zeiten im Hauptrestaurant zum Teil fast eine Stunde... teilweise total überfüllt Personal total überfordert.. Schlechter Service , sehr gestresste Kellner... Nie wieder diese Rederei.!!!
