Warteschlangen ohne Ende, Kaffeemaschine wurde vom Personal bedient, nicht ausreichende Essenbeilage in Auslage, teilw. leere Tabletts mit Speisen wurden im gleichen Umfang vom Personal nach Gang in die Küche wieder in die Auslage gestellt
