15 days Western Caribbean with MSC Opera
Wir sind nach mehreren anderen Reedereien das erste Mal mit MSC gefahren. Insgesamt eine große Enttäuschung. Qualität der Speisen, Sauberkeit und Hygiene, Atmosphäre, Freundlichkeit und Gästebetreuung ist auf der Opera um Klassen schlechter als bei anderen renommierten Reedereien. Das Getränkepaket ist reine Abzocke und führte bei sehr vielen Mitreisenden zu großem Unmut. Die MSC Opera hat einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen.
