Ich fuhr das erste Mal 1992 mit einem der Costa Reederei, zuerst immer mit meinen Eltern und bin seither begeistert von Costa fand Reedereien wie mein Schiff und Aida doof. Nun musste ich feststellen das Costa sich stark verändert hat und natürlich blieb trotz der guten Leistungen des Personals der schlechte Beigeschmack nur Passagier der dritten Klasse zu sein zurück.

Description

Das Personal am Hospitaly Service war von der Freundlichkeit mehr als durchwachsen. Eine Begebenheit ist mir deutlich in Erinnerung geblieben: ich sei ja nur ein Promotion Kunde...danke so fühlt man sich als Passagier der 3. Klasse dabei stand bei meinem Check In noch Premium Balkon Cabine.
