8 days Western Mediterranean with MSC Fantasia
Alles war sehr gut oder ok ausser: Wellness, Massagen, Sauna-Bereich (SPA-Abteilung): Sehr unfreundlich, gestresst, schlechte Sprachkenntnisse, weder englisch, italienisch, französisch oder deutsch! - Dafür sehr penetrante, aufdringliche Verkaufsdamen (stehen wahrscheinlich massiv unter Druck), man fühlt sich im "SPA" sehr bedrängt; Hatte eine sehr schlechte Massage! - Im Gegensatz zum ganzen Schiff ist es im Saune/Nass SPA-Bereich sehr unsauber! - Haarbüschel in der Dusche, trotz Meldung lag es drei Tage später immer noch da. Es hatte keine Hand- und/oder Badetücher. Wir erhielten auch keine Bademäntel, obwohl wir es bezahlt hätten. Ruhezone sehr laut, niemand kümmert sich darum. Hat zwar eine Wellness Bar, aber die war nie besetzt. Diese Abteilung kann zu machen bzw. schliessen machen. Thomas Weber, Verleger www.gundeldingen.ch
