Absolut enttäuschend. Wir kauften uns den Dauerzutritt zum Samsara Spa... das war (im Gegensatz zu unserer Erfahrung auf der Costa Pacifica) absolut enttäuschend: Nicht aufgeräumt, unmotiviertes Personal, teilweise überfüllt. Wir konnten bspw. am Freitag den Wellnessbereich nicht nutzen, da irgend eine Jungmannschaft den ganzen Spa "blockierte". Sehr schwach!
