Description
Balkon wurde nicht gereinigt. Seife und Duschgel wurden nur nach Aufforderung aufgefüllt. Müll wurde teilweise nicht entsorgt. Reinigung der Kabine erfolgte immer sehr spät - teilweise nach Rückkehr von Halbtagesausflügen.
