Bij de informatie stond er dat wij om 10h moesten inchecken voor alles vlot te laten verlopen. Om 9h15 stonden wij te wachten en pas om 11 h gingen de deuren pas open aan de andere kant(uit hè k)ipv de eersten werden wij de laatste.bij het uitchecken was de selfservice te laat open en te veel mensen op dezelfde tijd op dezelfde plaats, geen tafels meer vrij
