Check in furchtbar Koffer um 10.30 abgegeben um 19.30 immer noch nicht da Check out noch schlimmer Koffer wurden nicht geholt alle Passagiere mussten Koffer selbst von Bord mitnehmen das war eine schöne sch…. Bei den Aufzügen
