Mein persönlicher Tipp
Das Check-in und -out war organisiert. Den Umgang mit den amerik. Behörden muss man noch lernen. Wenn sich die Iberia auch noch an ihre Flugpläne hält, kann man mit dieser Airline fliegen. Über neun Stunden Verspätung sind nicht zumutbar. Wir haben schriftlich dazu Stellung genommen.
