Ich werde wieder eine Kreuzfahrt (Aida, MSC oder Mein Schiff) machen, könnte mir sogar vorstellen auch diese Route nochmal zu nehmen. Ich konnte gut entspannen, habe viel gesehen und mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Description

Das Wasser im Pool in Innenbereich war sehr kalt, daher konnte man nur im Whirlpool entspannen. Im Außenbereich habe ich die Poolanlage aufgrund der kalten Temperaturen im März nicht genutzt.

Description

Das Personal war allgemein sehr freundlich. Es gab nur ein… zwei Ausnahmen bei den den MA für die Ausflugsbuchungen ging es in erster Linie um den Verkauf dieser. Als es für sehr viele Passagiere Probleme beim Ausfüllen/ Hochladen der PLF Dokumente für England gab, fühlte man sich nicht zuständig und eine Stornierung des Ausflugs war nicht möglich. Auch die MA an der Rezeption waren damit etwas überfordert.
