totaal matig. begeleiding van excursies slecht. Met toegangskaart in de hand laat je geen mensen in de regen staan wachtend op het juiste moment van intappen in de gereedstaande bussen. bovendien zorg je voor een goede organisatie buit terugkomst en laat je geen mensen in de regen staan omdat enkele mensen met een rolator of scootmobiel zonodig eerst het schip op moeten. Nadenken om dit efficient op te lossen is moeilijk want de chauffeur wi lsnel weg en de bus moet leeg.
