An den zahlreichen Bars wird man schnell und unkompliziert bedient. Service im allg. Bedien-Restaurant sehr gut; das Essen dagegen nur gehobenes Mittelmaß. Buffet-Restaurant sowohl zum Frühstück wie auch mittags schlechter als Mittelmaß; Essen fast kalt, wenig Auswahl und immer die gleichen Sachen.

Bloß kein SPA-Abo buchen; entgegen der Werbung (genießen, wann immer Sie wollen) kann man nur 1x am Tag auf Voranmeldung für 1 Stunde in den Saunabereich. Dort sind keine Bademäntel, zu wenig Handtücher und Badesachen-Pflicht in der Sauna.
