9 days Suez Canal passage with MSC Splendida
Cruise was prima, informatievoorziening vooraf was gewoon slecht, vaag en fout. Personeel bij inchecken was onzeker en onvriendelijk.

Description
Zwembaden voldoende en fijn. Spa minimaal: geen jacuzzi inbegrepen. Ook geen eigen zwemgedeelte. Bovendien moest alles gekleed gebruikt worden.

Description
Check in was heel slecht... Er moest plotseling een coronatest gedaan worden, terwijl mij tevoren door cruisetravel telefonisch verzekerd was dat dat niet nodig was. Verder werd gezegd dat mijn visum niet goed was terwijl ik het precies volgens de richtlijnen had aangevraagd.

Mein persönlicher Tipp
Infovoorziening vooraf moet veel beter, vooral kort en duidelijk in plaats van eindeloze verwijzing naar allerlei websites. Wees duidelijk over de coronatest en vaccinatie en over visum.
