Description

Obwohl ich ein Getränkepaket gebucht hatte, wurde mir am letzen Abend ein Getränk berechnet. mein Bordkonto war aber schon auf 0,00 gesetzt. In der nacht wurde mir ein Kontoauszug durch die Türe geschoben. Lt. sofortigem Anruf bei der Rezeption musste ich persönlich erscheinen um das stornieren zu lassen. Das tat ich am Ausschiffungstag gleich morgens um 6:00 Uhr. Es wurde zwar aufgenommen aber beim CheckOut schickte man mich zurück weil das Konto NICHT ausgeglichen war. Obwohl das Getränkepaket für jeden Mitarbeiter erkennbar war, wurde trotzdem ein Betrag von 4,03 € als Schuld gebucht. Vielleicht sollte die Software mal überarbeitet werden, damit solche Ärgernisse vermieden werden.
