Poesia ist ein schönes Schiff - aber unser Anspruch wurde nicht erfüllt. Gerade in Küche und Verständlichkeit an Bord. Auch die Managmentleistung müsste auf den Prüfstand, da kann man sehr viel einfach besser machen.

Buffetrestaurant immer das Gleiche in der Auslage, extrem laut und ungeordnet. Grill ohne Grillgerichte und Pizzaria nur mit 3 Standartpizza - für ein Kreuzfahrtschiff zu wenig... Im Bedienrestaurant gutes Essen, nichts Besonderes aber sehr gutes und aufmerksames Personal.

Im Gegensatz zu AIDA sehr dürftig, jedoch sehr gutes Entertainment von Klassikduo (2 Damen) am Klavier und an der Geige. Diese hätten mehr Auftritte verdient.
