22 days Greenland with Costa Favolosa
Ich fahre nicht mehr mit Costa. Bei der Einschiffung war schon kein Konzept. Bei der Ausschiffung war es noch schlimmer wir hätten beinahe unseren Zug verpasst. Costa hat uns einfach im Bus sitzengelassen. Beim Essen kamen falsche Bestellungen zum Tisch. Auf der Speisekarte waren falsche Übersetzungen für das Essen. Es wurde von der zuständigen deutschen Hostess einfach ignoriert. Im Theater wurde nur für italienische Gäste alles gemacht. Bei den an Bord gebuchten Ausflügen wurde das Versprochene an Land nicht erfüllt. Die Ausflüge waren auch alle zu teuer. Wir wollen eine Kostenerstattung von 25% der Reisekosten erstattet. (Es waren alle Mitreisenden Gäste mit den Ausflügen unzufrieden, das gilt auch für das angebotene Essen. Danke, mit freundlichen Grüßen Eckhard und Constanta.
