8 days Western Mediterranean with Costa Pacifica
Als Familie ( Eltern mit 4 erwachsenen KInder ) haben wir die Kreuzfahrt insgesamt gut gefunden. Leider haben bei uns einige Vorkommnisse und Unterschiede zu anderen kreuzfahrtunternehmen einen eher durchzogenen Eindruck hinterlassen. - Sehr lärmige Athmosphäre im zugeteilten Restaurant durch zentral gelegene Servicebuffets. - Zum Teil sehr distanzierte und unmotivierte Mitarbeitende. - Kurzfristige Routenänderung von Olbia zu Oristano ohne klare Info ( wir hatten mit Freunden in - Olbia ein Treffen geplant ) - Alle Informationen über die APP ist i.O., wenn sie denn auch funktioniert. - Internetpreise sind übertrieben hoch. - Notfallstelle: Ich als Unternehmer würde die Empfangsperson ( Krankenpflegerin ) sofort entlassen.Unsere Tochter hatte nach einem Treppensturz eine Bänderverletzung am linken Fuss und musste nach Rückkehr auf die Costa mit grossen Schmerzen den Notfall aufsuchen. Resultat: Wegen 10 Minuten nach offiziellem Öffnungsplan wurde die Hilfe verweigert und mit schroffen unangebrachten Bemerkungen über Kostenfolgen ein Gespräch verweigert. Am Tag darauf musste unsere Tochter auf den geplanten Ausflug verzichten und der nun anwesende Arzt untersuchte sie und übergab als Folge ein Paar Krücken. Wir verstehen dies als unterlassene Hilfeleistung.
