11 days Iceland with Norwegian Star
Een bijzonder slechte cruise ervaring. Heel veel lange wachttijden bij inchecken en bij het tenderen. Zonder enige van communicatie naar de passagiers toe. Norwegian gaf bij alles de schuld aan anderen. De grootste veroorzaker van alle ellende was echter hun eigen bijzonder slechte organisatie.
