Die Reiseroute war toll, an Bord sehr hohe Servicegebühren die aber angepasst werden können. Durchsagen leider nur in englisch, deutschsprachiges Personal nur eine Mitarbeiterin am Service, daher hoher Andrang. Atmosphäre an Bord etwas zu laut. Qualität des Essens gut, einige Getränke waren teilweise nicht verfügbar. Personal stets bemüht und freundlich.

Zustand des Schiffes etwas in die Jahre gekommen trotz Renovierung, Sauberkeit okay, Essen okay, Unterhaltung teilweise zu laut in kleinen Bereichen. Borddurchsagen nur in englisch für viele Reisende nicht ausreichend. Zeitweise waren einige alkoholische Getränke nicht verfügbar.
