Description

überwiegend unorganisiert, teilweise wirkten mitarbeiter überfordert. Beim Check-Out wurde ein Mitarbeiter ohne Deutschkenntnisse beauftragt, den bereits mit mehr als 30 Min. verspäteten Vorgang zu erklären. Das erledigte er mit "Kindergartenbelutigung" Sein Kommentar: Mein Deutsch : Katastrophe ! Das beschreibt mehrfach erlebte Situationen. Besonders die PR-Managerin zeichnete sich durch laute Arroganz aus.
