Personal kam teilweise mit dem Abräumen nicht nach. Wenn Speisen "alle" waren, wurde im Gegensatz zu früher immer mit deutlicher Verzögerung nachgelegt. Empfanden das "Schnapsi-Taxi" (Spirituosen-Wagen, der in Restaurant rumfährt) eher billig und "ballermann-style".
