Description
Een vervelende ervaring gehad bij de receptie omdat mijn rekening niet klopte. Heb hier wel een nare smaak aan over gehouden. Uiteindelijk wel opgelost omdat ik om een manager vroeg, maar toch. Ben ik niet gewend door de HAL. Geeft mij wel te denken of ik nogmaals ga boeken bij de HAL.
