Description
Check-in grauenhaft. Taxis haben wenig Möglichkeiten kurz zu parken. Kofferanhänger war auszudrucken und mit einem Hefter anzubringen. Wer nimmt schon einen Hefter mit in Urlaub?? Kofferabgabe sehr beschwerlich. Bezahlrestaurants und Shows wurden im voraus reserviert. Aber auf dem Schiff wurden unsere Termine ständig korrigiert. Man konnte dies am Fernseher mit verfolgen. Das personal an der Rezeption war mit dieser Sache überfordert. Man wurde von A nach B und wieder zu A geschickt. Es war nervig. Auch bei Beschwerden hatte man keine Lösung.
