Die Sauberkeit in der Kabine lies zu wünschen übrig: Haare in den Schubladen, Handtücher, Bademantel und Bettwäsche hatten Flecken -:)

Description
Freundlichkeit des Personals sehr unterschiedlich...einige Mitarbeiter wirken bei Fragen sehr genervt. Für uns auch leider zu wenig Mitarbeiter mit Deutschkenntnissen. Check-out sehr schlecht, da nachgewiesen bezahlte Rechnungen im System nicht angezeigt wurden. Ausserdem bei Abrechnungen von der Zebrabar falsche Buchungen/Positionen von Getränken vorgenommen wurden...
