Description
Einige Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption haben leider kein Lächeln, wirkten genervt und leider unfreundlich (eine Mitarbeiterin). Vielen Dank jedoch an Daniel (Manager für die spanische Gäste)! Sie haben die beste Arbeit geleistet, sich Zeit genommen und uns sehr geholfen! Sehr freundlich und total nett!
