Die Reise litt sehr unter zwei Billig-Reisegruppen: 54 Norweger mit großem Alkohol-Durst und einem Teil der ca 300 US-Amerikaner, die mit ausgesprochenen Billigangeboten an Bord gelockt wurden, aber hier wirklich nicht hinpassten und sich auf den "Fun-Schiffen" sicher wohler gefühlt hätten. Völlig andere Gästestruktur als vor einem Jahr auf der Journey im Mittelmeer

Description
Gegegnüber früheren Kreuzfahrten mit der Journey war ein Abfall der Servicequalität feststellbar. Insbesonders viele Restaurant-Hilfskräfte hatten wenig Ahnung von europäischen Ansprüchen. Auch fehlte selbs englische Sprachkompetenz beim Ordern von Drinks
