Die Küche an und für sich gut, völlig überlastet bei der Zubereitung der Menus beim Abendservice und nachlässig angerichtete Teller.(Beilagen vergessen, vertropfte Teller, keine Dekorationen)Bedienung im Menu Service nett aber ungenügend geschult, überfordert, inkompetent. Buffets sehr vielfältig, schöne Auswahl, gut gekocht, schön präsentiert, tip top gepflegte Platten.
