Description

Schlechte Organisation bei der Ausschiffung. Man wusste nie welche Nummern gerade beim Check-out waren. Im Theater saß man rum, ohne Informationen zu bekommen. Bessere Planung der Kofferausgabe im Terminal. Kontrolle der Koffer durch das Personal fehlte. Jeder hätte jeden Koffer nehmen können. Es standen nicht genügend Taxis zur Verfügung. Es bildete sich eine Schlange von ca. 70 Meter.
