Description
Der Check-in in Venedig war nicht optimal - die Hinweistafeln sind zu klein; die Leute stehen in einer langen Kolone an und sehen erst am Schluss, dass Spezialzugänge z.B. für Concierge-Class-Kunden etc. vorhanden wären. Viel junges, unerfahrenes Personal an den Schaltern ergibt eine grossen Zeitverlust.
