Fehlende Beschilderung am Terminal Ostseekai bezüglich des Zugangs zum Check-in -zwei Kreuzfahrtschiffe-! Starkes Gedränge, keine Information zum kurzfristig ausgeteilten Handzettel. Exkursion "Panoramafahrt Bergen" wurde ohne vorherige Ankündigung mit englischer Sprache durchgeführt, Reklamation wurden durch ein weibl. Mitglied des Management (zwei Silberstreifen) abgewürgt "ich diskutere nicht mit ihnen, Basta!". Exkursionen "Nordkap" und "Tromsö" wurden abweichend von der schriftlichen Bestätigung auf einen späteren Beginn disponiert und eine Rückfrage wurde mit Hinweis auf die AGB abgeschmettert.
