Der Service hat nachgelassen! Babystuhl musste immer selbst irgendwo im Lokal beschafft werden, weniger Kellner als früher räumen auch weniger ab!

Service lässt zu wünschen übrig Kinderwagen ist bei den Ausflügen alleine von Bord zu tragen und das an einer hohen wackligen Treppe. Koffer wurden beim Ausschiffen beschädigt! Keine Ansprechpartner bei Abreise von Aida an Land.
