Frühstück im Buffalo Steakhouse ok, Abendessen gut. Sushi ausserorderntlich gut, ebenso wie im Rossini. Qualität und Vielfalt in den inklusiven Buffett-Restaurants bescheiden (Bella Vista) bzw. im Reiseverlauf stark abnehmend (Weite Welt). Getränkepreise inakzeptabel. Service überwiegend (sehr) zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sauerbkeit: naja - die Böden klebten fast in jedem Restaurant...

Description

Tolle Shows der AIDA Stars mit überragende Sänger/innen (Eladio Pamaran!!!). Die Band "The Funky Ones" war Superklasse - leider verliessen sie das Schiff nach nur 1 Woche bereits - danach ging's bergab, was die Qualität der Bands anging. Casino + Bibliothek nicht genutzt. Disco OK, leider meistens jeden Abend trotz wechselnder Mottos die gleiche Musikauswahl.

Fitnessraum war gut, das Personal - zumindest teilweise (an der Powerplate) - gut ausgebildet und motiviert. Sonst ausser 2 Tanzkursen (mit Michi in der AIDA Bar) nicht genutzt.

Description

Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption teilweise schlecht informiert bzw. unmotiviert. Umgang mit Beschwerden wechselnd: mal zufriedenstellend, mal "aufregend" im negativen Sinne... Die Vorgesetzten haben dies jedoch sehr bemüht wieder ausgeglichen - wenn man sie direkt ansprach.
