Eine gut Organisierte Kreuzfahrt bei der es nur bei dem bei Ihnen gebuchtem Ausflug Probleme gab. Wir hatten den Ausflug bei Ihnen gebucht, er viel aus obwohl die Karten auf dem Schiff bekamen, der Ersatzausflug war 36.00 Euro teuerer, was wir zahlen mußten. das finde ich nicht OK. bitte um Klärung
