Route toll, Schiff ok Organisation durch Costa: Chaotisch Alles ist so organisiert, um möglichst viel Zusatzleistung zum Grundpreis zu verkaufen. Die Trinkgeldfrage ist weiterhin unbefriedigend gehandhabt.

In Ordnung und der Service sehr gut. Der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Unangenehm: bei Costa muss man schon mindestens 2x reklamieren, sonst geht nichts.
