Allgemein sehr gut, aber mit einem grossen Mangel. Die öffentlichen Toiletten sind oft bepinkelt, da es bei den Herren WCs keine Pinkelbecken gibt!

Balkonkabine Deck 11 zum Heck hinaus. Geräumig und schön mit sehr grossem Balkon. Etwas laut beim Rückwärtsfahren beim Anlegen. Sonst perfekt.

SB Restaurant qualitativ gut, aber laut und an Seetagen sehr voll. Bedien Restaurant besser in der Atmosphäre aber nicht im Essen. Leider etwas unterwürzt... Die Aussage des Koches man muss den vielen Menschen und besonders Rentnern gerecht werden, man könne ja nachwürzen... Sehr gut die Backwaren und das Eis an Bord.

Massagen und Spa super aber teuer. Am Ende der Reise Angebote beachten. Poolbereiche schön und abwechslungsreich. Auf kälteren Routen gut der überdachte Pool. Im Sommer bei grosser Wärme sicher trotzdem überfüllt.

Ich habe in den 3 Kreuzfahrten vorher noch nie so einen perfekten und schnellen Check in und Check out erlebt. Fast alle Angesteĺlten sehr nett und hilfsbereit, besonders das Kabinenpersonal. Ein wenig Englisch sollte man aber sprechen...
