Ein sehr schönes Schiff mit einer exellenten Küche und sehr aufmerksamen wie freundlichen Personal.Auch die Mitarbeiter für die Exkursionen sind sehr positiv zu bewerten. Die Ausflüge sind in der Leistung (besonders negativ Jamaika) nicht dem Preis entsprechend.Eine schlafende örtliche Begleitung hatte ich bisher noch nicht erlebt. Bei der Beschwerde gab es für fehlende Programmpiunkte für einen Gast Rückerstattung und für uns bei gleichem Inhalt der Reklamation und Fahrt keine. Die Luchpakete sind meist von minderer Qualität
