Die Qualität des Essens läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Fleisch zäh und ungenießbar. Wir fahren seit mehr als 10 Jahren auf Aida und das Fazit ist das die Qualität, das Angebot und die Präsentation sehr nachgelassen hat. Auch die Einsparungen am Personal hinsichtlich Service gerade im Restaurantbereich machen sich erheblich bemerkbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich aber kommt leider bei einem gut gebuchten Schiff leider nicht nach.
