Description
Die Gäste zählen bei Costa anscheinend nichts. Irgendwie hat man als Gast das Gefühl zu stören. Außerdem durfte fast überall ohne entsprechende räumliche Abgrenzung geraucht werden. Man wurde ständig von Rauch belästigt.

Description
Im Selbstbedienungsbereich gab es nur Plastikbecher und Plastikgeschirr. War eine Zumutung und wurde ständig von den Gästen beanstandet. Angeblich aus Sicherheitsgründen. Sicherheitsgründe spielten aber keine Rolle, wenn man Kaffee etc. gegen Geld bestellt hat: siehe da Porzellan! Einfach Unmöglich dieses Verhalten von Costa.
