alles super, mein herz hat geblutet, so viel was weggeschmissen wird, unglaublich. hier sollte man etwas an der stellschraube drehen. auch in der nobelgastronomie kommt es auch vor, wenn etwas leer ist muß man sich auf etwas anderes einstellen, bei so vielllll Auswahl dürfte das nicht schwerfallen. Mitarbeiter alle waren mega super
