In 2018 the family business Scylla AG founded the river shipping company Viva Cruises. All its ships are operated under a Swiss flag.
Life on board of Viva Cruises
For all crews of Viva Cruises the highest priority is the wellbeing of their passengers. With excellent service in several languages they create a familiar atmosphere. An elegant and modern interior generates a unique and luxurious ambiance on board. Highlight of every cruise is the captain´s diner, for which guests should pack a dress or a suite. For the remaining time on board leisure wear is recommended. In addition to the comfortable outside cabins, a restaurant, a panorama lounge, a sun deck and a souvenir shop, some of the ships are also equipped with fitness or spa areas.
Viva- All Inclusive – Connoisseurs onboard
Viva Cruises offers its guests full board, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is completed by snacks and afternoon tea. Fine nonalcoholic and alcoholic drinks are provided daily from 10 am - 12 am. The filled minibar in the cabin contains water, soft drinks and beer.
Environment protection
Cruising through unique and breathtaking riverscapes, Viva Cruises makes an effort to protect those natural heritages. Their ships only use organic waste presses and purification plants as well as environmentally friendly diesel engines.
