Introducing the Carnival Radiance
The Carnival Radiance – 272 meters long, 35 meters wide and space for almost 3,000 passengers. This impressive ship will set sail in April 2020, starting from Barcelona and continuing into the Mediterranean. On board this ship, guests will discover delicious meals at a wide variety of restaurants, a top-of-the-line spa with relaxing treatments, an exciting entertainment program and so much more!
Culinary delights in every restaurant
A wide variety of restaurants on board will present endless possibilities when it comes to meals. Several restaurants are already included, like Guy’s Burger Joint and Shaquille O’Neal’s new Big Chicken restaurant! The Blue Iguana also provides top-of-the-line Mexican food and the Lido Buffet Restaurant is a casual 24 hour buffet restaurant with several different food stations. The specialty restaurants offer even more delicious creations, developed by Carnival’s gourmet chefs. These restaurants range from the classic Steakhouse, with a premium beef selection, to the Italian trattoria style Cucina del Capitano and Bonsai Sushi.
Forget your worries at the Cloud 9 Spa
The Cloud 9 Spa offers many treatments, all designed for the relaxation of guests. After a day filled with activities and excitement, escape to the spa for a massage, facial and more. The Thalassotherapy pool is filled with sea-water and other elements and vitamins to ensure relaxation and rejuvenation. Located on the same deck is the fitness centre, which offers classes ranging from Pilates, yoga to cycling and boot camp. All these courses are designed to provide the best workout, with skilled trainers to instruct guests and also offer personal training sessions. The fitness centre also has a fully equipped gym so guests can enjoy a solitary workout as well. A jogging track is also available on this deck, for passengers interested in working out outside.
An exciting entertainment program
Aboard the Carnival Radiance, there is also a new activity or event to discover! The theatre offers live musicals and at Dive-In Movies guests can sit poolside and watch a movie under the night sky. At several different locations throughout the ship, live music performers are on stage every night – at the Piano Bar the audience is welcome to join in on the music! Guests ready to enjoy the nightlife on board have access to several different bars and lounges. These include the authentically Cuban Havana Bar, the RedFrog Rum Bar and vintage-styled Alchemy Bar. Amongst these bars, guests also have the opportunity to enter mixologist competitions, wine and martini tastings.
