Description:
2/3 der Passagiere war deutschsprachig, trotzdem war die bevorzuggte Sprache intalienisch. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals spiegelt offenbar die schlechte Bezahlung wider. Das Personal hat offenbar nicht begriffen, dass es im Prinzip die Passagiere sind, die ihren Arbeitsplatz finanzieren. Den absoluten Tiefpunkt lieferte die Inspruchnahme des Medizinischen Dienstes (siehe Kurbewertung).
