15 days Western Mediterranean with Costa Pacifica
Wir sind 8 mal mit Costa gefahren Nie mehr Costa !! Punkte wurden uns weg genommen und kein Galaabend oder Kapitänsdinner es ist eine Sauerei wie Costa mit Kunden umgeht, Essen am Abend wurde immer Kalt oder lauwarm serviert, Fleisch entweder zu hart oder zu roh gebracht mussten immer reklamieren, Getränke immer zuviel Eis somit sehr Wässerig und ohne geschmack alles nur mit Handy App zum bedienen war sehr mühsam funktionierte nicht immer, Internet sehr Teuer 40 € für nur Whatsapp keine E-Mails oder Facebook möglich dafür noch 3 € berechnet für Aktivierung. Im Poolbereich wurde nur einmal dass Dach geöffnet somit war es viel zu laut. Sehr schade habe Costa auch angeschrieben aber nie Antwort erhalten. Absolut katastrophal wie die Kommunikation betreff Corona Test ja oder nein, wir mussten nicht mal unser Zertifikat zeigen.
