Ein älteres Schiff, aber sehr schön umgebaut und sauber. Der Service im Hauptrestaurant ist nicht ganz das was man auf Kreuzfahrtschiffen gewohnt ist. Liegt daher, dass keine direkte Bewertung am Schluss abgegeben wird, die dann auch ausgewertet wird. Die Beurteilung wird in Hamburg ausgewertet. Fragwürdig

Description
Bei Fragen und Anregungen wurde man von der Reiseleitung zur Rezeption dann zur Schiffleitung weiter geleitet, auf gut Deutsch niemand ist richtig zuständig. P.S.: auf der Allure of The Seas, war die Gästebetreuung sogar auf Deutsch absolut super.
